The clinical question: The clinical question has related to exploration of the experiences and opinions of a selected research sample of General Practitioners regarding the efficacy of support service programmes such as the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) for patients of Personality Disorder (PD).

Among the European countries especially in Sweden, about 500,000 inhabitants suffer from COPD and the number of people who loses their lives suffering from COPD is about 2000 (Swedish Pulmonary Organization, 2017). Both innate and adaptive immune response gets generated in the patient body when the patients get exposed to obnoxious particles and gases particularly cigarette smoke (MacNee, 2006; Raherison, et al, 2009).

Those individual who take the responsibility of managing the disease along with the doctor show better health outcomes. When the person knows about the different options of treatment available for the management of the disease then the confidence level of the patient increases and the patient also have the notion where to ask for help in crisis condition.
