In the field of clinical laboratory, my previous and current work experiences along with my BSc Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences have bestowed me the opportunity to gain wide knowledge and different clinical as well as laboratory management skills. The skills and knowledge developed are related to hand-on functioning in executing successful experiments in the laboratory environment for good laboratory practice (GLP). The extensive work experiment has helped me to gain knowledge regarding the vital management of different pharmaceutical compounds and laboratory equipment in executing complex experiments. Moreover, the job experience has helped me learn skills regarding sales, customer services and financial management that have been helpful in developing knowledge regarding the way good laboratory skills can be applied to different industries in a successful way. The work experiences in different fields have improved my knowledge and values of following work procedures to maintain records as well as analyse data in the laboratory and biochemistry field.

The aim of my career is to develop improved knowledge that would help me to work effectively in the genetics and molecular biology field to successfully execute complex experimentation in different laboratory environment. I also believe that working in the analyst position in the ELISA arena would help me to excel my knowledge and skills required at improving my working potential in the laboratory environment. I became fascinated with executing ELISA experimentation because it helps in detecting as well as quantifying various immunological substances.

I work in a detailed way by keeping track record of my work activities to ensure that proper time management is maintained to deliver tasks within deadlines in a qualitative way. I am also skilled in executing effective communication between team members to ensure proper teamwork is established in a collaborative way. I have developed way to act professionally and delegate tasks when required from my previous work experience. I have also developed self-efficiency is solving problems at work to resolve barriers to success. My education has helped to work in real life laboratory environment which has helped me learn the tricks and management required for avoiding errors in experiments. Moreover, I have knowledge regarding way to maintain assets in the laboratory so that they are not damaged in any way.
